      How do you determine the size and shape of a building?

      We use publicly available geospatial data to determine the 3D size and shape of a building.

      As part of this, we identify the size and shape of the building footprint and the building height. In addition, we identify the size and shape of the corresponding land parcel. The size and shape of a place are key inputs into our recommendation engine, influencing our energy usage and load estimates, and our DER sizing algorithms.
