Does Station A account for net metering in its estimates?

As described in How does Station A calculate the size of solar system for a given building?, one of the limiting factors in sizing a solar system is what we call a "net metering limit". This limits the size of the solar system so that the customer is not a net exporter of energy, preventing the customer from being fully compensated under "net metering" rules. We apply this limit in order to reflect a more conservative and universal system size and savings that can be used across any geography in the U.S.
